In January 1943 the first of the 150-shipped Spitfires Mk. Vb landed at the Soviet airdromes. One of these machines, with the serial number EP210, is the subject of this model. EP210 was manufactured in Castle Bromvich in June 1942, after which it was sent to maintenance units 9 and 82. Since October 23, it was on the ship Bandar Shapure, and on January 11, 1943, it was sent to the USSR.
